1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EdiTree Social application and the PublisherAI platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by AdHub Media S.r.l., located at Via Paolo da Cannobio 9, 20122 Milano (MI), Italy, VAT IT13542920965.

EdiTree Social is a feature of the PublisherAI platform that enables users to generate and publish social media carousel content to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

By accessing or using EdiTree Social or any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The PublisherAI platform provides AI-powered tools for editorial content creation, including:

  • AI-generated articles and editorial plans.
  • WordPress publishing and author management.
  • EdiTree Social: creation and scheduling of carousel posts for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with AI-generated key points, backgrounds, and captions.
  • Analytics and performance tracking.

3. Account Registration

To use EdiTree Social and the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Social Media Integration

When you connect your TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook accounts to EdiTree Social:

  • You authorize us to publish content on your behalf using the OAuth tokens you provide.
  • You remain solely responsible for all content published through your connected social media accounts.
  • You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time, which will revoke our access.
  • We do not access or store your social media passwords.

5. User Content and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publication.
  • Ensuring published content complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Any consequences arising from content published through EdiTree Social.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You acknowledge that EdiTree Social and PublisherAI are tools to assist content creation, not replacements for editorial judgment.

6. Subscription Plans and Limits

Access to EdiTree Social features is subject to your subscription plan. Each plan defines limits on the number of carousels per month, connected social accounts, and other features. We reserve the right to modify plans and pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Content generated through EdiTree Social and PublisherAI belongs to you, the user, upon publication. The platform, its design, code, and AI models remain the intellectual property of AdHub Media S.r.l.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use EdiTree Social or the Service to:

  • Publish unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Spam or engage in automated mass posting that violates platform guidelines.
  • Impersonate other individuals or entities.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
  • Violate TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook terms of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdHub Media S.r.l. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of EdiTree Social or the Service, including but not limited to: social media account suspensions, content removal by third-party platforms, or losses resulting from AI-generated content inaccuracies.

10. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of EdiTree Social or the Service at any time. We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms with prior notice when feasible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of EdiTree Social after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
